At The Perry Ranch LLC, you will only get back your wild game. We pride ourselves in making sure that our equipment is thoroughly cleaned in between each animal processed. We do not mix customers’ wild game in one batch, like most other wild game processors.

RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED
Cuts: All steaks are boneless and include whole tenderloins, loins, sirloins and rounds. We recommend a thickness of 1-1.5 inch and we package in bulk, approximately 2-4 steaks per pack. An average whole animal will yield 50-55% of the hanging weight based on the care taken in the field.
Packaging, Labeling & Freezing: Double Wrap Butcher Paper is freezer safe for 3-6 months. Poly Chub Bags are freezer safe for 3-4 months. Cryo Vac bags are freezer safe for 1-3 years. All packs are professionally labeled with your name, the animal type, specific cut and any added seasoning (as in sausage). All meat is frozen immediately after processing. Sausage and ground are packed in approximately 1 pound poly-chub bag. All grind is double ground to retain moisture and fat when cooking. Grassfed Beef Tallow can be added for an extra cost.
Required Documentation
All orders require a carcass tag. Presentation of tags and licenses are required prior to the acceptance of any animal. All tags will be returned when your order is completed.
You agree to notify us immediately if your animal tests positive for CWD. Positive animals will be destroyed accordingly and are not eligible for a refund.

Snack Sticks Price $12.99/lb (based on weight prior to cooking)
–Classic Mild: A mix of salt, sugars, spices and garlic. Not too salty with a hint of heat. Your friends and family will go gang busters over this one!
–Smoked BBQ: a very good, sweet flavor and natural hickory smoke flavor. Ingredients include sugar, salt, mustard seed, onion, garlic powder, natural smoke flavor, molasses powder, and celery seed.
–Jalapeno: has more jalapeno flavor than the heat. For those who are very sensitive to heat, this may still be a bit too hot to enjoy. But if you like a kick, this will be a good mild to medium jalapeno snack stick with great flavor. Ingredients include salt, corn syrup, celery seed, jalapeno pepper and garlic powder.
-Mandarin Teriyaki: Sweet, Zesty and of course a Soy Sauce twist. It’s sure to be a crowd pleaser! Ingredients include sugar, salt, dehydrated soy flour and proteins, garlic and onion powder.
–Habanero Lime: An exciting blend of habanero and lime creates a hot and zesty snack stick. Ingredients include salt, dextrose, habanero pepper, onion powder, hickory smoke, and lime oil.
