Our Services

Licensed and Inspected by the CDA (Colorado Department of Agriculture), we proudly custom process domestic and wild game. Our custom-built butcher shop on our property is designed to maximize efficiency and deliver a high-quality product in a very sanitary environment. Our family operates and manages the process from beginning to end and takes pride in the craftsmanship and small details. 

Beef Processing

2026 Standard Package…. $1.45/lb hanging weight.

Includes dry aging 5-7 days, standard cutting.

Dry- Aging 7-14 days $95

Dry aging 14-21 days…$135.

Dry aging 22-28 days…$175

Value Added Items:

Snack Sticks….starting at $4.95/lb

Bratwurst….starting at $4.50/lb

Harvest Fees: $175-225

Split Halves …. Add $0.10/lb HW

Quarters …. Add $0.25/lb HW

We offer Pick Up Services if you do not own a stock trailer. Loading of animal(s) is the responsibility of the owner. Loading time = 15 minutes. Fees are as follows:

Trip Charge: $75 (within 10 miles of The Perry Ranch LLC) $5/mile for >10 miles

Extra Animal (if available): $25/animal

If assistance is needed for loading, there is a flat rate fee of $100 due to the added staffing needs. Idle time = $175/hour.
