At The Perry Ranch LLC, you will only get back your wild game. We pride ourselves in making sure that our equipment is thoroughly cleaned in between each animal processed. We do not mix customers’ wild game in one batch, like most other wild game processors.
Cuts & Packaging.
Cuts: All steaks are boneless and include whole tenderloins, loins, sirloins and rounds. We recommend a thickness of 3/4 inch and we package in bulk, approximately 2-4 steaks per pack. If available, roasts may be netted for easier cooking. All other meat are ground for burger, sausage or jerky. An average whole animal will yield 50-55% of the hanging weight based on the care taken in the field.
Packaging, Labeling & Freezing: To ensure longevity and freshness, all steak and roasts are vacuum packed. All packs are professionally labeled with your name, the animal type, specific cut and any added seasoning (as in sausage). All meat is frozen immediately after processing. Sausage and ground are packed in approximately 1 pound poly-chub bag. All grind is double ground to retain moisture and fat when cooking.
Peak Season Limitations: Due to the large volume of business during the peak season, there are limitations on what will be accepted.
- Frozen carcass (if we can’t cut it, we can’t process it)
- Animals with the hide still on (only accept at the discretion of the butcher)
- We will NOT accept meat that has been contaminated by bowel or feces or meat that is grossly dirty with debris. Be a good steward of the animal and please bring your meat in skinned and cleaned. It’s the right thing to do for the animal and will give you a better product to feed your family.

- Whole or Quartered $1.55/lb hanging weight
- Quarters with Loins, Tenderloins & Trim $1.80/lb hanging weight
- Deboned Meat (100% grind) no primal cuts $2.60/lb hanging weight
- Custom Cutting (if available) $3.50/lb hanging weight
- Cleaning Fee $0.50/lb (Minimum $50) + $150 Butcher Shop Cleaning fee (if available & at the Butcher’s discretion)
- Rush Fee (if available) + 50% of charge plus Butcher Shop cleaning fee of $150
- Adding 100% Beef Tallow to Grind $25/lb

Hours for Drop Off
Reservations Required for All Drop Offs
We accept reservations in advance online. Making your reservation online guarantees your drop off time. We do accept day of hunt reservations made by phone or online IF AVAILABLE. If we do not answer the phone, we are tied up with other hunters or processing. We do our best to accommodate hunters the best we can during our standard operating hours. Our current operating hours are 8-4 pm, but may vary due to the demand. To make a reservation, please schedule online or call 303-868-5087 and speak with John.

Ordering Custom Products
We will take your order for custom products at the time of drop off. We will process custom products in the order they are received for later pick up.
Ground Jerky $12/lb (based on weight prior to cooking)
– Mild: A mixture of salt, sugar, mustard seed and garlic powder makes great jerky out of deer, elk or any other wild game. No MSG.
–Pepper: Our mild recipe mix with coarse black pepper added. No MSG
–Spicy: Our mild recipe mix with a touch of red pepper added. No MSG
–Teriyaki: A nice alternative from the basic jerky season. This is a mix of salt, dehydrated soy sauce, garlic powder, sugar, spices and citric acid.
Snack Sticks $12/lb (based on weight prior to cooking)
-Classic: A mix of salt, sugars, spices and garlic. Not too salty with a hint of heat. Your friends and family will go gang busters over this one!
–Smoked BBQ: a very good, sweet flavor and natural hickory smoke flavor. Ingredients include sugar, salt, mustard seed, onion, garlic powder, natural smoke flavor, molasses powder, and celery seed.
–Jalapeno: has more jalapeno flavor than the heat. For those who are very sensitive to heat, this may still be a bit too hot to enjoy. But if you like a kick, this will be a good mild to medium jalapeno snack stick with great flavor. Ingredients include salt, corn syrup, celery seed, jalapeno pepper and garlic powder.
*Add high temp cheddar or hot pepper cheese to any of the above for an extra $2/lb
Sausage $3.55/lb
–Breakfast Bulk Sausage: Great for making sausage patties or biscuits and gravy. This distinctive sage flavor will be a hit at the breakfast table.
–Spicy Breakfast Bulk Sausage: For those who like a little heat in the morning, this mix has plenty of red pepper to give you that kick.
– Spicy Italian Sausage: all the great flavors of Italian sausage with the extra kick of red and black pepper. Ingredients include salt, fennel, red pepper, anise, paprika, sugar, sugar, garlic powder, citric acid.
Maple: It has a great sweet flavor that you and your family will LOVE! Ingredients include salt, spices, dextrose, maple sugar, artificial maple, citric acid.
Pick Up Information
All orders must be picked up within 24 hours of notice of completion to avoid storage fees. We will give you an estimated date when you drop your animal off. If you do not pick up on your designated date and time, please call us to reschedule immediately. Please be aware of our storage policy and the associated fees. To store your animal in our freezer past your designated date, it will cost $100/day. Please be considerate of the other hunters. The storage fee that we charge to keep your animal frozen is minimal compared to the inconvenience it causes to all other hunters when we have to limit the number of carcasses coming in.
