Your Local Source for Farm to Table

We raise Angus and Charolais cattle on our ranch in Parker, Colorado. All of our cattle are high plains grass fed and supplemented with a mix of essential grains and minerals. They are not fed an only corn diet, such as most large cattle operations. We dry age our beef for 14- 21 days to optimize a tender and tasty flavor. All of our cattle are processed in our own custom built, state licensed custom exempt butcher shop on our ranch.  

Our beef is available by reservation only on a first come – first serve basis.
